We can consciously work on our inner life to enhance the results we want to achieve. As an actor, I wish a mentor, or an acting teacher, had guided me in this sense a long time ago. Now that I am on both sides of the road (as an actor and actor trainer and coach), I do feel this responsibility towards my client-actors or students. Therefore, I continue exploring effective ways to transfer some of the tools that I found useful for myself as an actress, to other actors.
